11-15, 21-17

The 21-17 move was once considered weak after 11-15, but it was discovered that the second player can often ‘switch and perplex’ an opponent with this apparently weak and silly move.  There are many winning opportunities for the second player. Normally followed by 9-13 and 25-21.
